IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- REQUIRED GEAR/TOOLS: Hard hat; high visibility vest; claw hammer, c-wrench. Steel-toed boots are not required, but strongly recommended.
- Employer: Barney-Monk, LLC
- If you have not been paid through Barney-Monk before (or if you are unsure), please submit new hire paperwork directly through their website. Any problems, please contact payroll@barneymonk.com.
- The current rates are as follows (4 hour minimum). Time & one-half the base rate will be paid for all hours worked on the load-out between midnight and 7:00AM.
- Stagehand = $35.19 per hour
- Down Rigger / Climber = $36.99 per hour
- High Rigger = $40.14 per hour
- Performance Call = $133.13
- With the arrival of the heat wave, come prepared for an outdoor call — bring a hat, sunblock, and some Advil or pain reliever. Wear breathable clothing where your gear allows and pace yourself. Meals & water will be provided.
- PARKING: Parking on load-in days will be in the North Coast Harbor lot on Erieside Drive, north of the Stadium.
- PARKING FOR SHOW DAY & LOAD-OUT (Tuesday, July 7, 2026) IS AS FOLLOWS!
- Leave yourself plenty of time to navigate the traffic and road closures! If possible, consider public transportation, carpooling, ridesharing, etc.
- The access point for the assigned lot is through Port Authority at West 9th & Front Avenue (see images below). Scan the barcode found HERE or on the image below for directions. Please note, this entry point will only accept vehicles from 4:00PM through 11:00PM. Those that arrive after 11:00PM will be turned away and responsible for finding their own parking.
- While traveling through Port Authority, forklifts, equipment, and other port authority vehicles have the right of way. Drivers must yield to them at ALL times.
- A parking placard is required for show days, including the load-out. Placards must be clearly visible on your front windshield, ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
- Those working on load-in day(s) should request a pass from the Steward while at the Stadium during the week.
- For those that are only working show day/load-out, parking placards are available for pick-up at the Local 27 office as follows:
- IATSE LOCAL 27 (located in the Hanna Building at 1422 Euclid Ave., Suite 1604, Cleveland)
- Monday, July 6, 2026: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
- Tuesday, July 7, 2026: 7:30AM - 4:00PM
- Tuesday, July 7, 2026: After 4:00PM, passes can be picked up from the security desk in the Hanna Building lobby. Please bring identification.
